This UBEC is suited to high voltage applications. The UBEC accepts 3-12S LiPo voltage input and outputs a jumper seletable 5V / 12V continuous current of 3A with a 5A burst rating. There is a switch to manuaully turn on and off the output and an LED to indicate when it is live.

The device features a high efficiency switching DC-DC regulator, which provides better heat dissipation when compared to linear voltage regulators. Furthermore its shielded PCB design and output EMF coil help provide a stable and low noise voltage output.

- 5V/12V switching voltage output: via jumper to choose. Jumper take pin1 and pin2 inserted two pins is 12V output select, insert two pins in pin2 and pin3 is to choose 5V output, refer to the diagram; if the jumper is lost, the UBEC default output is 5V.
- The power indicator: Power indicator is used to display the output state. It lights when the UBEC has the normal voltage output, if not light, check the power input cable is connected, the battery pack is good.
